I found this restaurant on TikTok of all places. It looked really cool inside and the food is supposed to be really good. The video was definitely accurate. The inside was really cool and had dim lights. We were seated immediately and our drink orders were taken. We were brought some bread with this delicious bacon jam to dip it in. We put in our orders and everything came very fast. I ordered the Mayans revenge cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I've ever had. It was incredible. My friend got the Viking punch. We ordered the scallops and the cascade salad for appetizers. The scallops were amazing. The salad was pretty mid. Some fresh jalapeños and some more flavorful dressing would have helped tons. For dinner we all decided to spit the bison tomahawk. It was really good. The best thing we ate there though oddly was the potatoes au gratin. The were the best thing I ate all weekend. I would go back just for those potatoes. The only thing we ordered that we didn't like were the Brussels . They were basically black and doused in balsamic. We couldn't eat them. For dessert, we ordered the molten lava cake. They said it would take 30 minutes and that would be find for us. It was pretty good but it was a little overcooked. The "lava" barely flowed out and it was a little bland. We would probably try a different dessert if we come back. Overall, the service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the manager came over several times to check on us. We would definitely come back here!

Primal Steakhouse in Las Vegas is a carnivore's dream come true. Ok hear me out...this is a hidden gem of Vegas. Yes, it's in a 'interesting' part of town but it's worth it. The waitstaff is truly knowledgeable about the menu and not to upsell you, they asked us questions and made reco's based on what our answers were. The food is so good, prepared with care and BIG. If you like meat, skip the strip overpriced steakhouses and check out Primal Steakhouse.. You won't be sorry.

We came here with a party of 8 people for a couple birthdays in the group. Our servers name was Johnny, and he was so knowledgeable and professional explaining everything on the menu as well as his favorites. "Tiny" also stopped by our table very often to make sure that everything was going okay and if we needed anything. The decor in this place is absolutely amazing and will remind you of the old time castles medieval times. I had a steak, but I apologize for not remembering the name of it but it's their house favorite and it starts with the letter D. I had it cooked medium rare and it was so delicious and went great with the side of garlic mashed potatoes. All of the food was absolutely incredible that everybody had and the service was top notch. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely return.

I will ALWAYS recommend this place to my friends. The atmosphere is AMAZING. We went for Valentine's Day so it was a little different but think Game of Thrones and Pirates of the Caribbean vibe. It's dimly lit, violins, huge center bar, and a nice private quiet dining area. The service is incredible. Our sweet server handed me a rose for Valentine's. Food ratings: Beef carpaccio 9/10 Brussel sprouts 9/10 Tuna tartare 6/10 (too many toppings, not enough fish) lamb chops 8/10 Ribeye 10/10 Cuatros leches dessert (4/10) I'm so sad about this but the entire dish was overpowered by the alcohol. It was like a shot of vodka every time we bit into the vanilla cake. I knew it was delicious but I couldn't get past the potent taste of alcohol. Regardless, love this place.

Let me start off by saying 10 stars for the service!!! Our server (can't remember his name) was amazing. He was a slim Hispanic guy with glasses and he was incredible! He really made us feel like family dining at his home! He recommended food for us and it just spoke to us like we've known him for years! I ordered the 8oz filet and it was a bit dry. But the black pepper sauce he recommended for it made it 1000000 times better. My husband ordered the 18oz steak and he loved his. He also ordered the bone marrow which is said was a 10/10!!! And a must order. The Mac and cheese wasn't great. I would definitely skip that. The Cesar salad was okay, nothing too special. But the brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had! So definitely order those! The atmosphere is so romantic inside. Dim lights and a violinist playing all the top hits. Definitely really nice for a date night. Also saw many family's and friends there as well. Make reservations or else it's bar seating only! Easy shopping center parking

Very cool themed steakhouse. All decor have a medieval look. They even have an area near the bar where you can try on helmets and swords for pics. Great service. Our server was friendly and explained any questions regarding the menu. Food items tasted very good and portion sizes were more than generous. Some of the dishes and drinks have special presentations (see videos), ask your server about which ones. There's a lot of wonderful steakhouses to visit in Las Vegas, however if you want one that has a lot of character, entertaining, and food/drinks presented in a different way, then Primal is a place to check out.

What an amazing spot to stop by when you're in Vegas. We had a party of 9 stop by and got the 2 50oz steaks they had along with an assortment of sides. The steaks were both delicious and cooked perfectly. We also got their mac and cheese, potato au gratin, Brussels sprouts, broccolini, and more and everything tasted great. The service was very quick and friendly. They provided great recommendations for food and drinks. The spot itself is great to look around as well. There's helmets and swords that you can take some photos with. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time as this place is packed.
